1. To place an order for a firearm, a signed Federal Firearm Licence (FFL) must be on file. Faxed copies okay.

2. Orders can be faxed, emailed, US mailed or called in.

3. We ship UPS only, COD (US Postal Money Order), VISA/MC, Discover, or prepay. We do not charge for using VISA, MC or Discover. All handguns must be shipped by UPS Next Day Air, at actual cost.

4. Please include a phone number with all information.

5. Shipping costs are $15.00 per order for accessories. $20.00 per long gun. COD is actual shipping costs, Next Day or 2nd Day shipping's are by actual cost. Sorry, No COD on air packages.

6. Back orders will only be taken when requested.

7. Ammunition shipped at actual cost by UPS. No COD's.

8. No returns will be accepted without a RA # given. All sales final after 5 days. A 20% restock fee will be charged for any returned package with a RA#. Warranties are covered by manufacturer only. Prices subject too change. All federal, state, & local laws apply. All NFA rules apply.
